I just drank a mug of cold, creamy, raw milk. It’s mighty tasty.
If you are interested in consuming raw milk, do your research first. It’s not for everybody, although if you suffer from asthma and allergies, it may help alleviate symptoms. Some believe it is dangerous because it is not heat treated. Others believe the pasteurization process eliminates healthy bacteria and enzymes. I have made my decision and it tastes great!
Each state in the U.S. has control over its laws related to raw milk. It is not legal to transport it across state lines as a result. I have posted a link on the right called Raw Milk, and it will lead you to a list of dairies that sell raw milk, by state.

it doesn’t help my asthma
but I’m a fan, just the same.
I really admire the brave farmers
who push past bullying resistance
to produce the beautiful creamy stuff!
love your photos:)

I wish it did. Help your asthma, I mean…. And I know what you mean. Farmers have a series of uphill battles, don’t they?
